Mortgage Loans

100% Mortgage Program - This program is for those who have excellent credit but are having a difficult time saving for a down payment. Though there is no down payment requirements, borrowers must have a minimum of 3% of their own funds in the transaction.
WHEDA - For 1st time home buyers or borrowers who haven't owned a home for at least 3 years, you can qualify for a 3% down payment with home buyer's education.
ALT 97 - Allows the required 3% down to come from borrowers saved funds, a gift, grant or various other sources
Conventional Fixed-Rate - Offers a fixed rate up to 30 years, requires a 5% minimum down payment.
In-House Balloons - Borrowers receive a fixed rate for the first few years.
Credit Plus Program - designed for borrowers with less than perfect credit.

Home Equity Loans (closed end)
